Current product: Pressure Vessel Registration Certificate (Pressure Vessel Registration Certificate)

Special equipment refers to the eight major categories involving life-safety, more dangerous boilers, pressure vessels (including gas cylinders), pressure pipelines, elevators, lifting machinery, passenger ropeways, large-scale amusement facilities and special motor vehicles in the field (factory). device. In order to ensure the safe operation of special equipment, the state has strict regulations on all types of special equipment from the three aspects of production, use, inspection and testing, and implements the entire process of supervision. According to the "2013-2017 China Special Equipment Inspection and Inspection Industry Market Prospect and Investment Strategic Planning Analysis Report" statistics, as of the end of 2011, there have been 545 comprehensive inspection institutions for special equipment nationwide, including inspection agencies affiliated to the quality inspection department and industry inspection agencies. And enterprise self-inspection agencies, as well as type test agencies, non-destructive testing agencies, gas cylinder inspection agencies, etc.

The inspection of special equipment is related to the overall situation and has a great responsibility. It is not only related to the safety of special equipment, but also more importantly to the safety of people and to economic development and social harmony. According to the State's "Special Equipment Safety Supervision Regulations", doing a good job of inspection and testing of special equipment is of great significance in preventing accidents and safeguarding the lives and property of the people.

  Special equipment under pressure

(1) Boiler refers to a device that uses various fuels, electricity, or other energy sources to heat the contained liquid to a certain parameter and provides thermal energy in the form of an external output medium. The scope of the boiler is designed to have a normal water level greater than or Pressure-bearing steam boilers equal to 30L and rated steam pressure greater than or equal to 0.1 MPa (gauge pressure); pressure-bearing hot water boilers with outlet water pressure greater than or equal to 0.1 MPa (gauge pressure) and rated power greater than or equal to 0.1 MW; Organic heat carrier boilers with a rated power greater than or equal to 0.1MW.

(2) Pressure vessels refer to closed equipment containing gas or liquid and carrying a certain pressure. The scope is specified for gases, liquefied gases and maximum operating temperatures higher than or equal to the maximum working pressure of 0.1 MPa (gauge pressure) or higher. Liquids with a boiling point and a volume greater than or equal to 30 L and fixed diameters and mobile vessels with an inner diameter (non-circular cross-section refers to the maximum geometric dimension of the cross-section inner boundary) greater than or equal to 150 mm; containing a nominal working pressure of 0.2 MPa (gauge pressure) ), Gas cylinders with a product of pressure and volume greater than or equal to 1.0 MPa L, liquefied gases, and liquids with a standard boiling point equal to or lower than 60 C; oxygen tanks.

(3) Pressure piping refers to tubular equipment that uses a certain pressure to transport gas or liquid. Its range is specified as a maximum working pressure greater than or equal to 0.1 MPa (gauge pressure), and the medium is gas, liquefied gas, steam, or combustible. Explosive, toxic, corrosive, liquid with a maximum working temperature higher than or equal to the standard boiling point, and a nominal diameter greater than or equal to 50mm. Except for pipes with a nominal diameter of less than 150mm and a maximum working pressure of less than 1.6MPa (gauge pressure) for the transmission of non-toxic, non-flammable, non-corrosive gases and the pipes to which the equipment itself belongs
